Shipping Benefits & Service Coverage

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the Continental United States. Nearly all Kentsky products are eligible for this free shipping benefit, with no minimum purchase threshold required.

Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline

  • Order processing: All orders require up to 48 hours (1–2 business days) of warehouse processing before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery timeframe: After shipment, packages are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your delivery location. Delivery schedules may be impacted by severe weather, official holidays, and logistics carrier capacity limitations.

Tracking & Split Shipments

Every order comes with a unique trackable shipping number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s delivery progress in real time.
For orders containing multiple items, we may split your order into separate shipments to expedite fulfillment. You will receive individual tracking numbers and notification emails for each package.

Address Accuracy Reminder

Please double-check your complete shipping address before finalizing your order. If you discover an error after payment, please contact us via email immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated before your order enters the shipping process.
