  • Products with only outer packaging unsealed and normal inspection traces that do not affect secondary sales are eligible for after-sales service

For personal returns or exchanges requested beyond 30 calendar days, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
✅ Processing Method: You can choose either Return for Refund or Equal-Value Exchange. We will complete the refund or reshipment within 7 days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

2. After-Sales Policy for Quality Issues (Damage, Defects, Wrong Items Delivered, Functional Failures, etc.)

3. General Rules for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Full refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and verify the returned product
  • No unreasonable delay or unauthorized deduction will be applied, and full compliant refunds are guaranteed without mandatory exchange requirements
  • All free gifts and matching accessories must be returned together with the product. Missing items will be deducted at cost price
2. Exchange Rules
  • Quality-related exchanges: Free product replacement with renewed warranty validity
  • Personal-requested exchanges: Equivalent to re-purchase after return, with all round-trip shipping fees borne by the buyer
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, customers may apply for a full refund with no mandatory waiting for restocking
